We all have experienced a very different 10 months than every before. We may have found ourselves lost or stuck in a loop throughout these months. This January program hopes to help bring some connection back into our lives by providing some fun ideas and resources for everyone!

God bless all those that I love;
God bless all those that love me;
God bless all those that love those that I love;
And all thoses that love those that love me,
Amen.

Family Activity
Something for all to do together!

Take some time with your family and think about all the connections you have in your life...

This photo on the left can show different layers of connections you all have.

Think about the ways you all can stay connected with everyone during these covid times?

Spiritual Practice
Using our breath

One way we can use our breath to focus and feel more connected to yourself and to God is simply through deep breathing to calm and center ourselves when we’re feeling anxious.

A simple one is square breathing, repeat these steps however many times you'd like:

  1. Gently inhale through your nose to a slow count of 4.
  2. Hold the breath for a count of 4.
  3. Gently exhale through your mouth for a count of 4.
  4. Pause and hold for the count of 4.
