Bible Study

A new Bible study series, led by Rev. Gabrielle Suedfeld, will begin on Wednesday, October 1. The group will gather on Wednesdays at 10:30 am, in the sanctuary at the Murrayville site. 

All are welcome!

This will be a five-session series focusing on Creation. The basic topics we will cover are:

• October 1        Highlights of God's creation, the vastness of creation, and how creation is celebrated in our daily lives.

• October 8        Thanksgiving and Harvest: seasonal celebrations that connect to creation, hymns of creation

• October 15     Creation represented in the words of Jesus, city vs. agrarian society

• October 22     Creation stories from other faiths, how did it all begin? How do we reconcile faith and science?

• October 29     Contemporary issues around creation, balancing ecology, economics and Indigenous rights
